Dear alumni,
All alumni are invited to join us for a NIST Alumni Association webinar on 28 September at 7:30 PM (Bangkok time). In addition to introducing our six NIST Alumni Association board members, we will be sharing our objectives for growing our alumni network over the next two years.
Our first initiative as a group is to launch a fundraiser in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. NIST emerged from a belief in the power of community and compassion in a diverse world. We would like our alumni to come together to help those in need at a time where hope and help are much needed. We are hoping to raise at least Baht 100,000, and the NIST Alumni Association will also contribute THB 50,000. All money raised will be used to help those suffering from this pandemic around Bangkok and Thailand.
Join us on 28 September to hear about our current plans, and we’d love to hear your ideas and suggestions as well!
